AUSSIE BONDS: Bond futures are ticking back from early session highs, much like
Tsy futures, with the curve a touch steeper on the day, after the short end of
the Tsy curve led the Tsy bid on Thursday.
- YM last deals 1.0 ticks higher, with XM 1.5 tick lower, YM/XM last 49.00,
while the 3-/10-Year cash yield differential trades at 46.5bp.
- White-Red portion of the bill strip sits flatter, with fronts underperforming,
contracts 1 tick lower to 2 tick higher through the reds at writing.
- In terms of today's RBA reverse repo ops, A$710mn worth of 26-Day ops were
dealt at 1.963%, A$1.560bn worth of 54-Day ops were dealt at 1.989%
