AUSSIE BONDS: Bond futures tracked Tsys on SYCOM, as the space re-opened on the
back of the Australia Day holiday. YM & XM both sit 1.5 ticks shy of settlement
levels, with YM/XM trading at 52.00 last.
- Bills trade unchanged to 1 tick lower through the whites and reds, on low
volume. Today's RBA repo ops saw A$290mn of 20-Day ops dealt at 1.977%, with
A$1.740bn worth of 70-day ops dealt at 2.013%.
- Domestic focus today falls on the NAB business survey, ahead of Q4 CPI data
due Wednesday. Participants will also closely monitor developments at the latest
FOMC MonPol decision & the Sino-U.S. trade talks on Wednesday.
