Equity markets are in the green on Tuesday, Asia-Pac markets shaking off Monday's malaise after a positive lead from the US. Markets in Japan lead the way higher with gains of around 3%, Japan officially capped the number of spectators at the Olympic events at 10,000 or 50% of venue capacity (whichever is smaller).
