BTC Azeri Crude Ceyhan Loadings Set to Rise in June

June BTC Azeri crude oil loadings from the Turkish port of Ceyhan are set to rise to the highest since July 2019 according to Bloomberg.

  • A total of 28 cargoes carrying about 19.74mbbl or 658kb/d are expected in June compared to 622kb/d in May.
  • Azerbaijan exported 8.5m ton of crude and condensate in Jan-Apr down from 9m tons last year according to the Energy Ministry.
  • Exports from Azerbaijan’s Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli block in the Caspian Sea and Shah Deniz were more than 7.6m tons of crude and condensate in Jan-Apr compared to 8.5m tons the previous year.
