US TSYS
US TSYS: Bull flattening the theme in early Asia cash trade, with 30-Year yields
~3.0bp lower at writing, perhaps some regional reaction to U.S. political news
flow re: a majority of the House now supporting impeachment, although the Senate
will almost certainly reject any motion that comes to its floor, so changes
little in terms of the bigger picture. Conversely, could also be regional
players looing to fade yesterday's sell-off driving early flow.
- Also worth remembering that CNN recently tweeted that the Trump-Ukraine
"Whistleblower tentatively agrees to testify as long as their lawyers get
appropriate clearances to attend hearing, attorneys say."
- T-Notes trade just shy of best levels, last +0-05 at 130-03+.
- Fed non-voter Kaplan's latest address didn't provide any real shocks ahead of
a plethora of Fedspeak on Thursday.
- Eurodollar futures 1.0-2.0 ticks higher through the reds.
