BOE Minutes: Little Material Change In MPC Statement Language

--The MPC expressed no view whether a rate hike was likely or not 
in the near term (i.e. in coming months).
--The MPC expressed no view that policy could need to be tightened 
by a somewhat greater extent than implied by YC path over fcast period. 
--The MPC referred to slower global growth in H218, although said 
likely temporary and not pointed to as immediately relevant to policy. 
--MPC restated rates hikes are likely to be gradual and limited 
--MPC made no explicit policy reference with regards to Brexit, 
still saying rates could go either way depending on outcome. 
--There was no comment in the minutes pertaining to the current 
around 1.5% guidance for beginning QE unwind. 
--The MPC see little or no slack in the economy, but the weaker 
outlook should create a small margin of slack opening up in 2019.
