  • A busier and wider trading overnight session for Bund, with Govies seeing early downside continuation, as US Treasuries lead following Fed Kashkari and Schmid favouring slower pace of cuts last night.
  • US Tnotes (TYZ4) Extends towards the next support area of interest of 111.00, while in Yield terms, there's very little resistance until 4.30%, which equate to circa 110.25+ today.
  • Bund has now lost some 136 ticks from just Yesterday's printed high, Issuance, and Italian Syndication seemed to have somewhat put the pressure on EGBs in early trade yesterday, as well as Treasuries breaking through the October low.
  • Next immediate support in Bund comes at 132.65.
  • There's no tier 1 data for the session.
  • SUPPLY: UK 2045 Linker (won't impact Gilt), Germany €5bn Schatz (equates to 52.5k Schatz) should weigh.
