EGB SUMMARY: Bunds have moved higher reversing some of yesterday's losses, in
line with the general move in global core fixed income markets today.
- There have been no real idiosyncratic factors affecting European markets with
investors still looking ahead to Thursday's ECB meeting and the EU Summit on
Friday/Saturday.
- Moves in EGB spreads have been fairly muted today although GGB spreads have
widened somewhat.
** Latest levels:
* Sep Bund futures (RX) up 46 ticks at 176.09 (L: 175.74 / H: 176.21)
* Germany: The 2-Yr yield is down 0.1bps at -0.661%, 5-Yr is down 1.6bps at
-0.639%, 10-Yr is down 2.2bps at -0.439%, and 30-Yr is down 4bps at -0.029%.
* Sep BTP futures (IK) up 28 ticks at 144.24 (L: 143.82 / H: 144.27)
* Italy / German 10-Yr spread 0.1bps wider at 165.5bps
* Sep OAT futures (OA) up 44 ticks at 167.64 (L: 167.32 / H: 167.74)
