  • Tnotes and the Italian BTP are seeing some small early bids, post Cash open, but not seen any notable sizes going through.
  • Support in Bund and Tnotes (TYZ4) held Yesterday, this was seen at 134.46 in Bund, printed a 134.46 low, and the 3.8642% level in US 10yr Yield, which equated circa 113.27+, printed a 113.28+ low and 3.8458% high in Yield terms.
  • For Bund, further downside continuation through 134.46, would open to 134.15, equated to 2.20% in Yield Yesterday.
  • Resistance moves down to 135.19.
  • There's no real tier 1 data out of Europe, French IP and Italian retail sales won't move the needle with all eyes on the US employment data today.
