CABLE: Cable last trades at $1.2854, a touch higher on the day, after falling 46
pips yesterday, mostly on the back of broader USD strength. A spike to intraday
highs of $1.2958 was noted around the midday fix, amidst limited news flow, with
some pointing to heavy futures flow, but the rate quickly pulled back below
$1.2900. 
- Worth mentioning that UK CPI slowed to 1.8%, slightly undershooting exp., and
printing below the BoE's 2% target for the first time in two years. 
- Thursday will see Brexit debate return to parliament, with Brexit motions
expected to be presented from around 1900GMT. 
- Initial support noted at the Jan 21 low of $1.2831, followed by the 50-DMA at
$1.2818. Conversely, the initial topside target is provided by the 100-DMA at
$1.2859, ahead of the 100-HMA, which is located at the psychological $1.2900
level. 
- UK focus turns to remarks from BoE's Vlieghe due later today & UK retail sales
due Friday.
