DOLLAR-CANADA: ***CAD strength has been evident over the last few minutes
following a report which stated that the US is dropping the "contentious"
auto-content proposal in the NAFTA talks.
- USDCAD has shed 25 or so pips on the news to last trade at ~1.3045.
- The pair is currently flirting with Mar 16 & 19 lows of 1.3047, with the next
level of support seen around 1.3000. The Mar 5 & 7 highs lying within 2 pips of
the figure.
