DOLLAR-CANADA: CAD surges, pressuring USD/CAD through the C$1.33 handle to hit a
fresh session low as markets climb on comments from BoC governor Poloz, who
argued that "we think we have monetary conditions about right", despite comments
from Wilkins earlier in the week suggesting there could be some room to
manoeuvre. USD/CAD hits C$1.3278 on the extended move, with focus now turning to
support at the 200-dma of 1.3277.
