Central Bank Decision On Wednesday

In Chile, the focus turns to the Central Bank decision on Wednesday. As of writing, all nine surveyed analysts expect the overnight rate to be left unchanged at 0.5% and continue to signal the maintenance of the current stance for a prolonged period.


At it's December meeting the committee seemed to see more balanced risks to economic activity, while in previous meetings it saw risks skewed to the downside. A full preview will be published tomorrow.
