BONDS: China has suspended a 2021 bond (originally 10-Year maturity) from
trading due to "abnormal fluctuations". The bond has now resumed trading as of
11:22am Beijing time.
- China took the same action in the bond on May 15 with sources noting a "poop
and scoop" in the 2021 bond coinciding with a "pump and dump" in the 5-Year.
