CHINA PRESS: China has urged the U.S. not to create any incidents which could
escalate trade frictions between the two countries, according to a commentary in
the People's Daily. U.S. actions, such as calling China a "currency manipulator"
without real evidence would seriously undermine the international financial
order, trigger market turmoil and hinder global trade and economic recover, the
newspaper said.
