CHINA PRESS: China is set to further liberalise foreign investment across a
range of sectors and geographies, according to the Economic Information Daily in
a front-page commentary on Monday. The Daily says the banking and insurance
sectors and the bond market will be opened to further foreign investment, as
well as the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The commentary noted an
acceleration in short term capital inflows and said any liberalisation would
need to limit cross border risks.
