China October FX Reserves Rise $703 Mln to $3.1092 Tln

--Ninth Monthly Rise in Row 
     BEIJING (MNI) - China's foreign-exchange reserves rose in October for the
ninth month in a row, increasing by $703 million to $3.1092 trillion, data from
the People's Bank of China released Tuesday show. 
     The size of October's rise was much smaller than September's $16.98 billion
gain, however.
     The level of foreign-exchange reserves is now at the highest since October
2016.
