China State Refiners Plan to Boost Oil Product Exports in March m/m

China's state-owned refineries intend to raise their refined oil exports by 20.69% from February’s planned volumes of 4.2 million tonnes in March according to OilChem.

  • China's state-owned refineries have maintained high-capacity utilization rates entering 2024 it added. Teapot refiners have meanwhile faced a difficult backdrop of weak margins and tighter access to cheap feedstock in 2024.
