CHINA: China will further improve its business environment, protect the
interests of foreign companies, and become the first choice for foreign
investments, the Ministry of Commerce said in a briefing in Beijing today. 
- U.S. trade sanctions have no basis in international law;
- China and U.S. have not resumed talks on trade;
- China doesn't accept charges that it has engaged in forcing foreign companies
to transfer technology;
- Tesla establishing factory in China shows how China-U.S. relations can be
mutually beneficial;
- China can help companies navigate negative impacts of the Trump tariffs.
