CHINA PRESS: China will put forward new policies to boost spending on auto and
home appliance, Xinhua News Agency reported citing Ning Jizhe, deputy director
of the National Development and Reform Commission. The government will also tap
into consumption in rural areas, including online shopping and tourism, Xinhua
