CHINA: China will raise gasoline and diesel prices by CNY210 and CNY195 per ton,
respectively, starting Saturday, the National Development and Reform Commission,
China's main economic planning agency, announced on its website Friday. The
adjustment is due to price changes in both domestic and international crude oil
markets, the NDRC said. It is the eighth price hike in gas and diesel prices so
far this year. The NDRC hiked prices in its last adjustment, on Sept.15, when it
raised both gasoline and diesel prices by CNY95.
