China’s Crude Oil Storage Utilisation Rises: OilChem

China’s crude oil storage utilisation rate rose in the seven days to Oct. 25, averaging 57.94%, up 0.83 percentage points on the previous week, according to OilChem.

  • China’s commercial crude oil inventory index was 106.07 as of Oct. 25
  • Crude oil and bitumen mixtures storage capacity utilisation averaged 60.97%, up 0.13 percentage points on the week and 0.33 percentage points on the year.
  • The crude oil storage utilisation rate at independent refineries in China’s Shandong province averaged 47.36% in the week to Oct. 25, down 0.08 percentage points on the week.
