CHINA STOCKS
CHINA STOCKS: Chinese stocks are extending their advance as small caps continue
to take the lead. The Chinext is up 1.5%, making that a 10% gain over the past
four sessions. The CSI300 has also extended gains by 1% to bring the 200-dma
within touching distance. 
- The Hang Seng continues to lag slightly but has added 0.5%.
- China's equity markets are starting to really take off which in part reflects
the PBOCs increasingly dovish stance as well as hoped regarding a trade deal. A
key question is whether this equity rally is signaling a pickup in the economy
which could shift the PBOC back to neutral.
