Y/Y CPI slowed in Oct to 1.5%, its lowest since Nov 2016 and below 
market expectations. Oct's slowdown was led by a fall in utility prices 
due to a lowering of the energy price cap. Within utilities, gas prices 
took the largest hit. However, some of the decline was offset by higher 
clothing prices. While annual output producer prices remained subdued, 
input inflation plummeted to -5.1%, its weakest since Apr 2016.
