Y/Y CPI was unchanged in Sep from August and in line with BOE staff 
forecasts, but coming in below market forecasts looking for a marginal 
uptick of +0.1pp. Core inflation gained 0.2pp in Sep, rising to 1.7%. 
Input PPI shifted further into negative territory, while output prices 
decelerated to the lowest since Sep 2016. Meanwhile, UK house prices saw 
the largest increase since Apr, despite being London prices lower again.
