Contained Asia Trade Continues

US TSYS

TYM2 sees a modest blip lower in the wake of firmer than expected Chinese inflation data, although the move is very limited at present, with the contract sticking to a narrow 0-05+ range thus far, last unchanged at 118-25. Cash Tsys are little changed across the curve. Participants are seemingly unwilling to take on risk ahead of Wednesday’s CPI print, with headline flow providing nothing in the way of notable catalysts thus far.
