Exxon Cuts Runs At Gravenchon, Fos Refineries

OIL

Exxon Mobil reduced cut run rates at its two French refineries due to strikes, the company said.

  • At Gravenchon throughput has been cut because of a lack of crude supply from the port of Le Havre. The refinery isn’t delivering fuels to the market normally after a small group of workers rejoined the strike on Saturday.
  • Gravenchon had been making deliveries as normal last week.
  • At Fos fuel deliveries are still affected by protests,
  • Shipments of refined products from Total’s refineries and depots were blocked on Monday by a 13th day of strike action.
  • Production at TotalEnergies' 240kbpd Normandy refinery and its 119kbpd site at Feyzin was reduced on Monday because deliveries were blocked.
  • Deliveries were also blocked at the company's Donges and La Mede refineries, though production at both has been halted for maintenance.
