EGB SUMMARY: Core EGBs are lower having traded in choppy fashion early Friday.
- 10-Yr Bund yields are just on the positive side again (up 1.5bps at 0.009%);
Jun Bund futures (RX) down 23 ticks at 165.29.
- Jun BTPs (IK) up 6 ticks at 129.41 (L: 129.00 / H: 129.49), moving higher
through the day alongside a broader positive periphery EGB move.
- Italy 10-Yr spread vs Bunds down 3.4bps at 249.1bps; Spain 1.1bps tighter,
while Portugal is a touch wider, by 0.3bps.
- Greece is the standout once again, with E1bln in aid cash confirmed from
Eurozone finance ministers. 10-Yr spread /Bunds has dropped 8.2bps to 353.5bps,
having gone as low as 350.4bps.
- Jun OAT futures (OA) down 17 ticks at 161.83 (L: 161.62 / H: 161.93).
- Fairly unexciting ECB comments out of the Eurogroup meeting from a monetary
policy perspective; Coeure spoke on Hard Brexit risks, while in Bucharest,
Villeroy spoke on banking union / consolidation.
- Eurozone data done for the day, all eyes on US payrolls at 1330 UK time.
