T-Notes have stuck to a 0-03 range and last trade -0-00+ at 137-05+, with recent headline flow providing little in the way of fresh impetus. Cash Tsy yields show little deviation from neutral levels. Eurodollar futures trade unch. to +0.5 tick through the reds.

  • JGB futures trade at 151.78, 2 ticks above last settlement. Cash JGB yields are marginally mixed across the curve. Participants await today's 10-Year JGB supply, with BBG pointing to speculation that "the BoJ may allow a wider trading range for the maturity in its March assessment." Elsewhere, Kyodo reported that PM Suga may announce the extension of Japan's state of emergency as soon as today.
  • Australian YM trades -0.5 & XM sits -2.0 at typing. Cash ACGB curve has bear steepened, with yields last seen 0.1-2.3bp higher. Bills trade unch. to -1 tick through the reds. The latest monetary policy decision from the RBA headlines the local docket today.
