US TSYS
US TSYS: Core global FI has edged lower in Asia-Pacific hours, in what has been
a very limited session for news. Brexit headlines remain front and centre, with
participants willing to look through the latest missile launch from North Korea.
- Light bear steepening was seen in cash Tsys, with T-Notes last -0-05 at 130-16
as a result, just off the overnight low. Flow wise, the real highlight was a
20.0K block buyer of the FVZ9 120.00/120.75/121.25 call ladder, with little to
pen re: other trades of note.
- Eurodollar futures trade 0.5-2.0 ticks lower through the reds, with a seller
of EDZ9 seen late in Asia trade.
Fed funds futures now price a ~63% chance of a Fed cut later this month, in the
wake of yesterday's awful ISM print.
- ADP employment data headlines the economic docket on Wednesday, with Fed's
Williams, Harker & Barkin all due to speak.
