CPC Loadings Suspended at Two of Three Moorings

CPC has suspended oil loadings from two of three moorings on Black Sea after inspections show damage

  • An inspection showed damaged to one mooring earlier this month with the second suspending loading after an inspection on Aug 17.
  • Oil loadings continue at the one remaining mooring at reduced volumes according to CPC
  • Kazakhstan output is currently below levels seen before maintenance at the Kashagan and Tengiz fields started in June.
  • Oil and condensate production for August was expected at 7.1m tons compared to 6.88m tons in July, 5.91m tons in June and 7.62m tons in May
