EURO-STERLING: Cross remains outside the base of its 1.0% 10-dma envelope though
not building on its recent down move and thus allowing the 10-dma to play catch
up which will allow rate to move back inside the 1.0% parameters. Rate retested
Monday's low of Gbp0.8731 in early Asia with recovery efforts so far held at the
envelope base of Gbp0.8742. A break of Gbp0.8731/30 to expose the recent Oct10
low of Gbp0.8723. Resistance Gbp0.8770/75. Sterling currently buoyed on
anticipation that a Brexit deal is getting closer, though market wanting
concrete agreements to be fully convinced.
