Crude spreads retreat as June WTI expiry approaches

With economic demand concerns feeding into the bearish sentiment of the flat prices, the tight times spreads are also easing. Brent trading down 0.85% to 97.9$/bbl. WTI June22 is due to expire on Fri 20th May.

  • Brent JUL 22-AUG 22 down -0.05$/bbl at 2.13$/bbl
  • Brent DEC 22-DEC 23 down -0.47$/bbl at 10.67$/bbl
  • WTI JUN 22-JUL 22 down -0.25$/bbl at 2.3$/bbl
  • WTI JUL 22-AUG 22 down -0.16$/bbl at 2.81$/bbl
  • WTI DEC 22-DEC 23 down -0.51$/bbl at 11.17$/bbl
