Currency hedging volumes sit slightly.......>

OPTIONS
OPTIONS: Currency hedging volumes sit slightly below average for this time of
day, with less active USD/JPY and EUR/USD markets countering the more busy
AUD/USD and USD/CAD options trade today. Implied vols are generally lower across
DMFX after Monday's rise. The standout is AUD/USD, with 1m vols modestly in the
green after this morning's hawkish speech from RBA governor Lowe.
-Upside protection has been in demand for AUD/USD from the off, with call
strikes at 0.70, 0.68 and 0.6795 crossing in size. Volatility hedges have also
been a focus, with 0.6795 one-month straddles trading at regular intervals
throughout the morning.
