OPTIONS: Currency options volumes are broadly inline with recent averages so far
Tuesday, with greater activity in EUR/USD and AUD/NZD markets countering quieter
USD/JPY, AUD/USD and USD/CNY trading.
- EUR/USD put demand has really picked up following MNI sources ECB headlines,
with $3 in puts trading for every $2 in calls over the past few hours. $1.1100
and $1.0950 put strikes have drawn particular focus and vol bets via straddles
and strangles have traded frequently. 
- Implied vols are generally lower across both DM and EM currencies, as
recovering equity markets (particularly in China) quell demand for currency
hedges. EUR/USD 1m is one of the few standouts, as the contract inches to the
best levels since early January on weaker spot rates.
