Starting today, The NY Federal Reserve has passed the Weekly Economic Index publishing duties to the The Dallas Federal Reserve.
- "The WEI is currently 2.39 percent, scaled to four-quarter GDP growth, for the week ended December 9 and 2.11 percent for December 2. The 13-week moving average is 1.93 percent. This is compared with 3.0 percent four-quarter GDP growth through the third quarter of 2023."
