  • Whilst GDP has moderated somewhat (third quarter GDP was 4.8%), authorities have been keen to point to the longer term prospects for Malaysia and its growth outlook.
  • We expect GDP for the fourth quarter to be in the +4.6%-4.8% range and that the current neutral outlook from the Central Bank (BNM) remains.
