survey wk, returning to below trend levels and only +4k from Jan survey wk 
- Jan and Feb claims data are typically volatile due to seasonal 
adjustment issues
- Nondefense capital goods new orders ex aircraft -0.7%, nondefense 
capital goods shipments ex aircraft +0.5%, after declines for both in Nov
- Commerce said response rates for the data were at or above normal.
