DOLLAR-YEN: Demand reported from Tokyo accounts has seen the dollar rise to a
top so far of Y109.81. Nikkei has just opened higher by 0.5%, pretty much as
futures had indicated. Traders have made mention of demand into today's
Tokyo-fix (Goto-bi Day), which should lend support. Supply is being tipped
between Y109.90-00, with stops expected above the figure. Dollar-yen is changing
hands at Y109.78.
