MARKET TALK: Despite the US-China rhetoric, Equities are extending gains on the
European open. Estoxx looks to further close the upside gap to 3113 (traded 3081
high so far).
-Bunds are pushed lower and trades heavy benefiting peripherals once again, with
BTP/Bund spreads already 3bps tighter and the spread is through April lows at
188.00bps, extending to levels last seen in March.
-USD remains on the back foot against most G10 on the back of risk.
