Diesel Exports From Primorsk Fell 23.6% MoM In May

Shipments of diesel-type fuel out of Russia’s Baltic port of Primorsk fell by to 1.33mn tons in May, down from 1.74mn tons in April, according to port report data compiled by Bloomberg.

  • Exports remain above the seasonal five-year average for May.
  • Russian diesel loadings from the Black and Baltic Sea ports are expected to increase by around 31% in June to 2.12mn tons, compared to 1.67mn tons in May, as some refineries are likely to resume full operations after spring maintenance according to Bloomberg.
