Green syndication

  • The syndication of the 1.50% Jul-53 green gilt was preferred by GEMMs for the week 19 September (although some GEMMs preferred the week later).

Short conventional (4 auctions)

  • 0.25% Jan-25: One reopening supported.
  • New 5-year gilt: A launch and subsequent reopening favoured with maturity in either 2027 or 2028).
  • 0.50% Jan-29 gilt: One reopening supported.
Medium conventional (3 auctions)
  • 1.00% Jan-32: Two auctions favoured in the quarter.
  • 0.875% Jul-33 Green: One auction in the quarter.
  • New 10-year gilt: Some GEMMs favoured a launch in early 2023. Investors noted a new Jan-34 gilt could be launched in early 2023.
Long conventional (5 auctions)
  • 1.25% Jul-51: Fairly strong support for 2 reopenings from GEMMs and one from investors.
  • Support from investors/GEMMs for the 1.125% Jan-39, 0.875% Jan-46 and 0.50% Oct-61 with investors (but not GEMMs) also mentioning the 1.125% Oct-73.
