Dutch Q4 Funding Update

EUROZONE ISSUANCE
  • The Dutch funding need for 2023 has been lowered by E11.6bln to E74.9bln due to "many factors". The main of which is the expected cash deficit has been revised lower to E8.8bln, down from E20.3bln.
  • Issuance on the capital market is now E46bln in nominal terms (down "approximately E5bln" from "around E50bln" in the Q3 funding update).
  • The DSTA plans 2-3 auctions:
    • The previously announced new 20-year Jan-44 Green DSL on 17 October via DDA for E4-5bln.
    • A reopening of the on-the-run 10-year 2.50% Jul-33 DSL on 24 October (size TBA).
    • An optional auction for a tap of an existing DSL on 14 November.
  • DTC funding will also be lowered.
