DOLLAR: DXY last sits at 96.98, slightly off of yesterday's highs of 97.10
touched on the back of the FOMC decision to hike interest rates despite Donald
Trump's calls to the contrary and general market volatility. Although plans to
continue gradual policy tightening are still in play, however, the Fed trimmed
its forecast no. of 2019 hikes from 3 to 2, while its chairman said that the
bank has "reached the bottom range " of neutral rates.
