DOLLAR
DOLLAR: DXY little moved as September final Manufacturing PMI comes in unchanged
and inline with expectations. USD Index remains on track to close above the
50-dma (95.072) for the second consecutive session after being wedged below both
the 100- and 50-dmas as recently as last week. Fed's Kashkari and Rosengren
still due to speak later today at 1600BST and 1715BST respectively.
