EURO-DOLLAR: Early Europe and rate probed down to retest Monday's NY pullback
low of $1.1733(off $1.1791), touched $1.1732 before edging back toward  $1.1740.
Resistance remains at the earlier Asian highs of $1.1756/63, a break to expose
that $1.1791 level again. Support $1.1732 ahead of $1.1715/10. German ZEW, and
addresses from ECB's Visco/Italian EconMin Tria & ECB's Lautenschlaeger provide
the risk events for EUR traders on Tuesday.
