Edging higher with Equities

  • The German Bund has broken back above the 135.00 figure, with Equities on both sides of the Pond still printing new multi Months, Multi Year highs.
  • Next resistance in Bund is back at 135.43, did print a 135.45 high on Friday, and risk remains tilted to the upside, and a break through the latter opens to 135.81, coincided circa the May's double bottom in 10yr Yield.
  • Supports are still at 134.27 and 133.87.
  • Main focus today is course on the US CPI. Out of Europe sees German ZEW.
  • SUPPLY: UK £3.75bn 5y (equates to 16.6k Gilt) "could weigh", Austria 2023, won't impact Bund. US Sells $21bn of 30yr reopening.
  • SPEAKERS: ECB Villeroy gives a guest Lecture.
