  • EGBs and gilts have traded within yesterday's range ahead of the US labour market report.
  • Both EGBs and gilts have failed to build on yesterday's moves higher, instead moving lower as equities react to renewed risk appetite but retracing some of theses losses as the equity rally stalled.
  • BOE MPC member Saunders sounded dovish as he said in a speech that he considered "it quite likely that additional monetary easing will be appropriate".
  • Gilt futures are down -0.19 today at 135.83 with 10y yields up 0.7bp at 0.242% and 2y yields up 0.8bp at -0.93%.
  • Bund futures are down -0.14 today at 174.09 with 10y Bund yields up 0.1bp at -0.489% and Schatz yields up 0.3bp at -0.709%.
  • BTP futures are down -0.06 today at 147.42 with 10y yields up 0.4bp at 0.977% and 2y yields unch at -0.139%.
  • OAT futures are down -0.13 today at 167.66 with 10y yields up 1.0bp at -0.187% and 2y yields down -0.1bp at -0.635%.
