Govies and across Assets. 
- As to be expected, Global Assets took their cues from any Brexit news, and we
didn't have to wait very long, just 07.29BST. 
-Barnier hit the wires (Bloom) with: 
-Barnier says reaching brexit deal is still possible 
-Barnier: Brexit deal is possible this week 
Equities and GBP rallied on these, with market participants now seeing the odds
of a hard Brexit on the 31st October diminishing. -EGBs and Gilts were initially
offered on the FX and Equity rally, but we quickly faded the early morning move,
on the back of: 
-Buzzfeed: "DUP source last night's long meeting between A Foster, N Dodds and
Johnson was difficult & they expressed several concerns about No10's Brexit
proposals..." 
-Looking ahead, nothing really of note on the Data front, Global markets focus
squarely on Brexit.
