but watching downside levels on stock indices for indications on risk direction.

- ECB economic bulletin out at 0900BST; BOE Gov Bailey speaks at 1130BST.
- In issuance: UK sells GBP3.25bln of 0.625% Jun-25 gilt and GBP2.25bln of 1.25%
Oct-41 gilt; Ireland sells E1.0-1.5bln of 1.10% May-29 and 1.50% May-50.
